Viva Los Tacos

Two corn tortillas topped with refried beans, over-medium eggs, sour cream, home-made salsa (yes it has some chilis in there to light your fire), sliced avocado, and a no-nonsense amount of cilantro. Served with side of local greens with lemon-kissed radishes. Gluten Free. Vegan option: mushrooms instead of eggs + vegan cheese

Bonjour Breakfast

Open-faced Bread Alone croissant with fried ham, gruyere, and a sunny-side-up egg. At the first bite, you'll be saying "oh-lá-lá." Served with side salad, and a slice of sour pickle (say that 5 times fast). If you say 'pardon me, do you have any Grey Poupon?,' the answer will be a resounding 'Oi!' Tres bon ensemble!

The Michy-Girl

This is an egg and cheese open-faced breakfast sammie (Bread Alone sourdough) inspired by Michael's sister, Michele. It calls for two eggs, cheese, "Everything Bagel" spices, salt, pepper, ketchup, and a "stupid" amount of Franks Red Hot Sauce (buy you can have a much hot sauce as you want). Served with a side of greens because Michy likes her veggies.

Tokyo Rice Bowl

Bowl of hot steamy white rice topped with a sunny-side-up egg and drizzled with some Tamari and toasted sesame seeds. A cup of miso soup, some mirin-sesame-pickled radishes, and those local greens are supporting stars. Itadakimasu! Gluten Free. Vegan option: mushrooms instead of egg.
